Board of directors

The Board of Directors of OUT MetroWest plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s mission to support and empower LGBTQ+ youth and their families across MetroWest. As stewards of the organization, Board members provide governance, strategic direction, and fiduciary oversight—ensuring OUT MetroWest remains sustainable, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the community we serve. Board members work in close partnership with staff and volunteers to strengthen programs, expand impact, and uphold the values of the organization.
