Jonathan Matsui

He/Him | Board Chair

Jonathan Matsui (he/him) is the Chair of OUT MetroWest’s Board of Directors and previously served as Vice Chair. He brings extensive leadership experience in nonprofit governance, strategy, and community engagement. A passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ youth, he is dedicated to expanding affirming programs, strengthening community and school partnerships, and advancing equity and inclusion across MetroWest and beyond.
