Nick Riley is an HR Director with nearly 20 years in community banking. He serves as SVP & Director of HR at Middlesex Savings Bank, leading talent strategy, employee engagement, culture, leadership, and workforce planning. He earned his MBA in 2024. Nick is in his second year on the Board of Directors for OUT MetroWest and serves on its HR Committee, supporting its mission of community, connection, and belonging for LGBTQ+ youth, adults, and families.
