Alex Holmes is an educator, equity and inclusion practitioner, and researcher focused on creating inclusive, affirming environments for young people. With nearly a decade of experience in independent schools, Alex's work centers on LGBTQ+ youth, identity development, youth leadership, student wellbeing, and educational equity. He is passionate about supporting OUT MetroWest's mission of providing joyful, accessible, and affirming spaces where queer youth and their caretakers thrive.
