Foster inclusive environments
We offer education sessions on topics related to sexuality and gender identity. Our presentations are available in-person and online, and can be adapted for audiences of all ages. We enjoy working with local organizations ranging from schools and congregations, to community agencies, and large corporations.

This presentation works for organizations talking about LGBTQ+ topics for the first time, and those prepared to take a deeper dive into the material.
GENDER & PRONOUNS 2.0
Designed for those who have taken our LGBTQ+ Basics and Beyond training, or those with foundational language knowledge. This session takes a deeper dive into the trans experience, with time to practice using gender inclusive language.
LGBTQ+ Pannel
3-4 of our LGBTQ+ staff will join you and your community to talk about their varied lived experiences, and answer questions about gender and sexuality.
“The OUT MetroWest training answered so many of the questions that I felt too awkward to ask but was dying to know about. Not only did the training answer the questions (without me asking), but did it in a way that made me feel so comfortable in the conversation."

"I would recommend the training because the session I attended was run by approachable presenters, and using the FAQ format addresses a lot of the questions and concerns on people's minds. I also like how it was conversational, so participants are able to raise any questions at any time."
