Before joining OUT MetroWest, they served in operational leadership roles within the tech sector, where they supported organizational efficiency, resource planning, and inclusive team practices.Sarah has always been drawn to work that supports others. Their experiences have shaped a deep appreciation for the importance of strong, affirming support systems, which continues to fuel their commitment to creating joyful spaces where LGBTQ+ youth feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
