Board Committees
Our Board’s work is carried out through both board meetings and several key committees, each focused on an essential area of organizational health and growth:
Development (Fundraising)
Supports the long-term sustainability of OUT MetroWest by helping to secure financial resources through individual giving, grants, sponsorships, and donor engagement
Finance
Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal accountability to ensure responsible stewardship of the organization’s resources
Fundraising Events
Helps plan and support events that raise both funds and visibility for OUT MetroWest while building community connection and awareness.
