Dr. Kathy Kaufmann is a retired psychotherapist and co-founder of OUT MetroWest, where she served as the inaugural Board chair. A longtime nonprofit leader, she has served on the Boards of Wellesley College and Newton-Wellesley Hospital and received numerous honors, including three lifetime achievement awards. Today, she supports OUT MetroWest through fundraising, drawing on decades of volunteer development experience.
